These terms apply to the use of the TripSquad website. We do not sell products ourselves; purchases are made exclusively from Amazon or third-party sellers under their terms.

2. Content without warranty

Our guides are for general information. Always follow manufacturer instructions and the rules of the respective festival or campsite (e.g. regarding gas stoves, gazebos or glass bottles).

3. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is limited to breaches of essential obligations.

4. Copyright

Texts, images and design are protected by copyright. Use beyond private purposes requires our consent.

5. Applicable law

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
